Ingredients

Crust

6 medjool dates, soaked

2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup almonds

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup walnuts

Peach Cobbler

2 peaches, sliced

1 lemon, juiced

1 tsp cinnamon

1 TBSP agave

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 nutmeg, grated (optional)

Small handful of fresh mint (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend crust ingredients until combined but slightly chunky
  2. Press the crust evenly into the bottom of your silicone molds as a base. Freeze for 2 hours
  3. Chop peaches into thin slices. Mix the peaches with the rest of the cobbler ingredients and allow to sit for 10 minutes to combine.
  4. Layer on top of molds and top with cinnamon and fresh mint
