A Week of Detoxifying in the Morning

Many of us are interested in a simple, easy way to detox. Here’s a seven day morning detox that will help you clean your body out in only one week!

Monday: Drink Green Tea

Green tea contains high levels of catechins that help your body product detoxify enzymes.
Replace your usual coffee or energy drink with this soothing beverage.

Tuesday: Eat Oatmeal

Oatmeal helps to detoxify your digestive system.
It contains fiber and will burn slowly in the morning.
This helps to keep you feeling full without a ton of calories.

Wednesday: Asparagus with Everything

Asparagus is tasty on toast in the morning and also with a poached egg.
Asparagus is also high in fiber and will help to flatten a poochy belly.

Thursday: Juice

Juice detoxifying veggies and fruits such as lemon, watercress, beets and spinach.
Apples and pears contain soluble fiber that helps keep digestion on track.

Friday: Chia Seeds

Chia seeds are high in omega-3 fatty acids to keep your heart healthy.
They contain high amounts of fiber that helps to keep you fuller longer.

Saturday: Make a Fruit Salad

Fruit is known for anti-inflammatory and detoxifying properties.
A fresh fruit salad is both hydrating and refreshing in the morning!

Sunday: Apple Cider Vinegar

Finish off your detox week with apple cider vinegar mixed in fruit juice.
This will both boost your energy and will aid in digestion.
