Little River<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Lush trees line Little River in summertime. If you are looking to connect with nature, this is the ideal place to appreciate the beautiful stillness of this region.<\/p>\n

Laurel Falls<\/strong><\/h3>\n

You can access these falls via the Laurel Falls Trail and it is one of the most popular places in the park.
\nThis 80-foot high fall offers both an upper and lower section to enjoy.
\nThe trail is 2.6 miles and takes most people 2 hours to complete.<\/p>\n

This is the trail at Clingman’s Dome, which is the highest point of the trail at over 6000 feet!<\/p>\n

This historic grist mill was built in 1886. Instead of a traditional water wheel, it uses a turbine that is powered by water, which is used to create all of the power needed in this building!<\/p>\n

Travel along the Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail to visit the Roaring Fork Historic District. This “roaring” stream gets its name from its untameable currents.<\/p>\n
